Cool Cat

My new car arrived today and I was very excited to find it on the drive when I got home from work. D and I immediately went out for a drive. I needed a fair bit of instruction as it’s got so many gadgets and it’s an automatic which I haven’t had for many years. It’s very lovely though. I was happy to give D a lift into town this evening but I’m not keen enough to go out and pick him up.
Alfie’s girlfriend was here this evening and the two of them cooked a stir fry for us all for dinner which was a lovely treat. Well, Alice cooked a stir fry and Alf seemed to be in charge of noodles. I think that must be the most vegetables I’ve ever seen him eat.
Funny that. Having a vegetarian girlfriend is obviously having a good effect on him.
