Looking pretty in the daffs and 'home alone'

This morning I walked up to Braidburn Valley Park to do some recall training on my long lead. Running around and zooming back to Ann when she shouts, 'Trixie come', is very exhausting. I was so tired by the end of my time in the park that when Ann said ,'Trixie sit to be Blipped in the daffodils', I just did what I was told. .....................And I haven't even learnt the world BLIP yet.


Anyway Ann wanted to tire me out because she had two meet & greets to do this afternoon. She could have come home for half an hour after the first one but decided not to because she fancied a mooch around town wants to extend the amount of time I am left 'home alone'. I get left 'home alone' every single day for 2-3 hours. Today I got left for 3 hours & 45 mins. That's the longest I've ever been left and do you know what?.......................... I was absolutely fine. Sometimes when Ann leaves me 'home alone', I cry for a little bit, but today I was soooooo tired that I forgot to cry?!


And guess what is happening tomorrow?........................... As part of Ann's 'sensational @ 60' celebrations we're going away for the weekend with the girlies to Berwick Upon Tweed. Mmmmm............ this weekend was booked months ago when Ann had the very well behaved MollyCollie. I've already had a few little pep talks........................... and I'm sure I'll be getting a few more. Apparently I'm going on a 'human holiday' so I just have to fit in with what the humans want to do??!! Fortunately the humans that Ann is going away with, don't do very much apart from eat and drink. They're going to a posh restaurant on Saturday night to celebrate Ann being sensational @ 60. Again! So I'll have to stay in my crate then. But apart from that, Ann has said that I can join in all the activities; except for drinking Prosecco in the hot tub. Apparently hot tubs and Prosecco aren't things that puppy collies would enjoy?!!!


Mmmmmmm..................... Could be an interesting weekend. Watch this space!!!
