Pretty purple petals

We were in bed by 11 last night to catch up on some much needed sleep.....I was bushed after 12k steps and a session of boxercise after weigh in, lost another 2.5lbs :-)

Today dawned very cloudy but still pretty mild. We drove to the Trafford Centre to meet up with middle son and DiL for a bit of retail therapy.....we were pleased as punch to see Isabella's little smiling face when she spotted us :-)

We had lunch in the main food court, fish and chips for the men and Isabella, the big girls had jacket potatoes ;-)

Isabella and Olivia got the new trainers they needed and after we said our farewells, we popped along to Costa for a coffee and a sit down....my feet were killing me! Stupidly I'd put heels on, I didn't think we would do that much traipsing back and forth!

On our way out we walked through M&S to pick up some salad stuff, I spotted an ivory top that would go perfectly with a skirt Ive had for ages, but hadnt managed to find anything to wear with it.....in the sale too, reduced to £12, a real bargain!

Once we were home we had a little wonder in the back garden, looking at which plants will need to be moved before the work starts later next week......I love the anemones at this time of year, so thats what you've got today!

Just a light tea tonight before quizzing, chicken fillet and salad me thinks :-)
