Well, who'd have thought it?
I made it to 50   :o)

Had a load of decent goldfinch shots to choose from, then this chap alighted in the sun, posed briefly and flew off again. Really pleased with the exposure and the colours of both the bird and the leaves in the winter sun. A suitably cheerful shot to celebrate my half-century.
