Marrakesh's biggest square, a meeting place and lively at night with performers, food stalls, henna stalls and endless hawkers offering you tat.

Off it is a great labyrinth of souks, quite like Diagonal Alley in feel. It's like being transported back to medieval times. And not a price tag in sight of course. Haggling is the name of the game, but not one I think I will ever be much good at!
