My mom sent these to me today. My grandmothers knit these items for us when we were about to be born. I can't wait to use them for our baby, even though they aren't exactly practical in today's modern age.

I had a long day today. Newborn shoot, acupuncture, taking Fergus to the vet for a drooling problem, and a bad sale. But, I met up again with new friends J, Robyn, and Catherine at Essex for drinks and small plates. It's brand new and I adore their custom made whale wall paper. The wait staff and bartender left something to be desired though.
