A game of 2 houses

Two houses, only one being used. Stormont, the centre of our local government empty for over 2 years. The Ballintoy boat house, in use.
I am frustrated with the first and rejoice with the second, set as it is in a Game of Thrones set, as Irons Island. At least its making money!
