Gourock Outdoor swimming pool...

...pool closed for winter you might be glad to hear! Pauline (NLN) asked on the progress of the upgrade. I had previously blipped it here while construction was underway.

While they have done a decent job in trying to recreate the previous design (which had an art deco appeal) the soul of the orginal has been lost in the attempted copy. I'm sure it meets modern building standards and allows access to all (which is good) but i miss the old one.

Anyway here it is today, A close view as I couldn't get one from a decent vantage point without street clutter. This one come with random crisp packet on the ramp.
