Pollock House
A rather drizzly day
After a lovely breakfast in our hotel we set off for my sister’s home in East Kilbride.
We had a short stop in Helensburgh, but it was still dreich and the views of the Firth of Clyde were obscured by mist and rain. We then made for Pollock House in Glasgow. I was brought up nearby but had never ever visited. It is a substantial House as can be seen by the Portals of this hallway.
There is an exhibition of the great photographer, Harry Benson, who had taken photos of every US President since Eisenhower.
