Smart

We had a smart meter fitted today. 

Luckily I was at home when the engineer arrived. The appointment was arranged for 12-4pm. He arrived (after spending 30 minutes trying to find us) at 10.30am.

Think it is more for the benefit of the power company than us. The novelty of checking how much power we are using will soon wear off however, they no longer need to send someone to read our meter.
