2019 Sunday — Mt. Baldy

We are driving north on Archibald Avenue to take the 60 Freeway west a few miles to Mountain Avenue, so that we can have dinner at Vince’s Spaghetti. I’m sure that spaghetti is not a traditional St.Patrick’s Day meal, but it just sounded good.

I was feeling myself slipping into a “funk,” so I wanted to get out of the house. Early in the afternoon we had had our annual income tax appointment with our CPA. Even though we plan our finances well, this time we owe — ouch! We are responsible people with quality careers and decent paychecks (well, Mr. Fun is retired), so we are punished by our government. Something seems a little strange about that. That’s not a good subject to get started on, so I’ll stop.
