Making Dinner

I have been trying different recipes for roast chicken.  The first was Julia Childs' and it was at least 3 pages of instructions.  Delicious, but a lot of work.  Then I did Jamie Oliver's recipe with milk.  Very good.  I have done Ina Garten's recipe in the past- excellent.  Tonight's recipe was from Cook's Illustrated.  The easiest- took 2 hours of cooking, however- and very good.  Extremely moist
