At The Garage

We woke late this morning. Relaxed and had a light breakfast. Then Zak hurried us all to a wonderful bakery and cafe called La Bagette where we got espresso and a dreamily good scone and watched a great jazz ensemble. Afterwards we had a great time talking to folks. I sure do like Ashland. Super folks live here.

After that we wondered around town stopping at galleries, antique stores and shops. So much fun. This is one of two fab consignment shops we visited. This is the gal who greeted us when we came in, Arvin and Steve.

Around three we went to The Black Sheep for a delicious late lunch of crab cakes and soup. From there we went to Houston's where my brother Steve has his work. We had such fun talking to the owners. From there we walked back to zak's and Sherry's where we are now chilling. We are having a great day.
