Festival of Angels

I walked up into York this morning to take a look at the ice sculptures for the Festival of Angels.

Unfortunately most of them were still bubble-wrapped and only starting to be unveiled when I needed to head back to Alix's to get ready for the train home.

I did manage to capture this Angel and maybe next year I will be sure to visit over this weekend.

After an extended train ride due to engineering works we are HOME. Let the festivities begin!
