Woodlands Leisure, Sheringham

After a day of non stop phone calls and a continuous headache that I couldn't shift with paracetamol or co-codamol, it was lovely to get home and go swimming. The pool here at Woodlands Leisure is lovely. A 25 metre pool with very few people in it. I managed 24 lengths in half an hour, then had a nice shower. Jon and Henry are still in the gym so I'm going to just sit and relax. Unfortunately my headache has come back now, but it was nice in the pool for at least half an hour without it.

I guess it will be an early night with fingers crossed that it goes before the morning. I can hope.
