Hotel in Chaumont

AJ47 loves this hotel. It is one up from a Youth Hostel, very clean, has very bizarre decor, has a cheapish pizza restaurant and if you can find it open (often isn't when we stay) has an excellent silver service restaurant. The walls are full of African game and beasts from la chasse, plus old film posters and genuine formica tables in the breakfast room. We have stayed here many times as it is halfway between zeebrugge and our daughter and family. It just suits AJ!!
