Focaccia

Had a go at making bread today to go with some soup I also made. Turned out very nice, except it stuck to the greaseproof paper I had put it on. Well anyway - we still managed to eat it!

This has rosemary, olive oil and melted mozarella on it. Together with tomato soup made fresh (well from tinned chopped tomatoes) using a great recipe from a friend, it went down pretty well.
