Thought I'd better make the effort so was out just after 8 for some more miles in the legs. Nearly turned back within the first few as it really did feel like my face was going to freeze off, but once out of town it warmed up somewhat and, apart from the odd stretch of battling that dastardly westerly once again, it was all pretty straightforward truth be told.

Then straight out for lunch at our friends' in Portobello. They had some music on an' all, including this lot who I have to admit I'd never heard of...
