"Glowing" Ferns

Today as we were out for our walk I decided that I would think of my Dad while I was walking. He passed away 23 years ago today. I have a feeling he would not have enjoyed the walk as I never knew him to just "take a walk". This section of woods along the trail though reminded me of the woods around our house where I grew up. I think he would have enjoyed this scene. I'd like to think that he was smiling at the backlit ferns.
