Coffee shop

This is Fair Trade Cafe, which is in my apartment building. I am going to miss it. Today I got up early for a coffee and sustainability tour with Local First Arizona, an organization that promotes local business.

We started in this coffee shop and visited two more over two hours. We also learned about their sustainability techniques and how one company composts coffee grounds from some businesses in the Valley. It was great.
