It's been a while

It's been a while since I posted and since I ran. I am now back in the game on both fronts.
I managed to run 8k yesterday and stay on my feet.
It's been an interesting time. I have handed in my notice and work and have decided to work for myself it is scary but very exciting too.
I am on 3 months notice so am not going anywhere yet.
