Saturday: Viva Las Vegas

In theory, I shouldn't tell you about my day because what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But I'll tell you anyway.

We flew down this morning and arrived early afternoon. We're staying in downtown (old Vegas) which we much prefer to the Strip.

So far, we've had a bit of a flutter (I'm only $5 out of pocket), a swim and a sit in the hot tub and a good long walk down Fremont street which is a mid-century architectural dream.

We're now going to sleep to the sound of fireworks and car alarms.
