I was meeting up with Clare today but it made sense to avoid the hordes of shoppers and find something else to do. So, before going for something to eat, we headed to bingo. At the start of this game I sat with my head in my hands as about a dozen numbers were called & I didn't have one of them, then a flurry of numbers meant I was only waiting for 9 and 12 to win us £140 to share. As number 9 was called I put my pen down & watched the screen willing for 12 to be called, but all I heard was someone else shout, "House!" about 8 numbers later.
