I was out all day yesterday, came home at 11.30 to the news of the heartbreaking tragedy across the Pond in Sandy Hook Elementary School. 20 children, no more than 10years old gunned down, and their teachers who tried to protect them. The more I read the more my head failed to comprehend. As a human, a mother, this saddens me to my core. I simply cant start to imagine where life goes now for those families. Those now having to say goodbye to their babies, and those having to show their babies how to pick themselves up and live. So in the tiny way I can, I'm sending prayers across the miles to each one of those families.

And holding my baby close.
