Baking Bird

A strange but again satisfactory day at work, I finally feel like I’m winning again after months of wading through treacle!

With Eldest at the BoyFriend’s and the menfolk at Cubs, Princess decided to make a start on her Confectionary Guide Interest badge. She researched the difference between sweet and baked confections, researches recipes and produced Brownies and Honeycomb.

Apart from the kitchen destruction, she did an excellent job. Both were delicious and I am loving her independent cooking/baking!
