Sick bay

The morning started with a trip to the vet for Phoebe. We’d just been there with both cats yesterday for their physicals and all was fine. However, last night Phoebe fell while running up the stairs and, best we can tell, sprained one of her rear legs. She did what cats do when they are injured - she found a dark spot and crawled in. Luckily, it was under the big wingback chair in our sitting room. Having refused food and water all night, it was off to the vet first thing this morning. Treatment is rest and anti inflammatory for the next few days.

Since Hubs was off to the Man Cave go work on the race car, I decided to curl up with Phoebe and read/nap. I got her to eat a little and she seems very happy to snuggle up in bed with me.

So this is a simple shot with my cell phone. Kitty sick bay.
