Woke to snow! After our recent lovely spring weather I didn't expect it to return to what we faced last year
Decided to hunker down a bit and do some serious catching up, so after some laundry and chats with AR and Mx (he's had hand foot and mouth disease this week poor little soul - name sounds so hideous!) I headed out in the slushy snow to the office and spent several hours sorting out, shovelling email and getting everything into shape - very satisfying! Also did a bit of thinking about next weekend when T&Kt come up.
Did some food shopping on the way home - by then it was just raining - so I could make some jam when I got home and have stuff for dinner (couldn't resist the colcannon recipe in the paper this morning!) as well as making soup and some baking for the week ahead. 
Worked on promotions paperwork, then caught up on some TV and relaxed in the evening. Quiet but good day
