Gluten Free Lime and Coconut Cake

We went into Bishop’s Stortford this morning and had a late breakfast in Café Thyme; it also consisted, in my case of gluten free Lime and Coconut cake. Of all the cakes that Hanna makes, this is my favourite.
 
We then did some shopping before hosting the Bishop’s Stortford Mensa meeting.

The temperature at noon was twelve degrees Celsius. It was very windy and at times the gusts were enough to blow you off your feet.
