A walk in the woods

Having somewhat overdone the Laphroaig gift with Dirk, we needed a walk in the woods to clear heads... so off we went to Mer bleue. Big mistake to go with a 6'4 German Quebecker. Off he goes striding into the distance while my poor smaller legs get stuck in snow drifts, slide into the bog and basically have to work 3.5 times harder to cover the same distance. 

Oh well. It cleared the head. Back for a mammoth Tipp-Kick session, in which Germany lost to Canada 8-7 after a mere three hours of play.
