Blip-vent Calendar 15: Christmas Ring Tailed Lemur

Today I thought I'd blip another animal closely associated with Christmas, the Ring Tailed Lemur! Or you could of course pretend it's another Robin along with thursday's blip. I was curious myself as we approached, but he was there with an Elf handing out leaflets to promote the Santa Safari taking place at West Midlands Safari Park, you can just see him to the right of Lee the Lemur. Not the first animal you'd link to Christmas but H couldn't believe her luck. Many years ago B and H received Lemur hand puppets, Lenny and Leo, for Christmas and ever since then she's loved them. She said when we got home she wished she'd given him a hug but thought she was a bit too old to do it at nearly 10.

Thinking today of all the families who've lost loved ones in America.
