Bitter

The wind was bitterly cold in the park this afternoon as I walked the dogs. The sun was still there though.
Had a good session this afternoon looking at health and well being of teachers. I wasn’t really up for it but turned out to be just what was needed to lift morale. Claire the leader was a former teacher so got it do there was plenty of laughs. So leave behind those thoughts you have no control over- great tip to leave with. I need to stop worrying about things I have no control over.
