Off To Dancing.

Alexandra arrived early this morning, with the news that their house had been struck by lightning last night.

Strangely, they have some power, but their TVs and automatic garage door aren't working.

Another hot day, but it was nice and cool in the library.  Whilst Isabella was dancing, Mia sat and ate a small box of sultanas.  Then she had a play with some of the other children waiting.  And a bit of a dance to the music.

Another big storm this afternoon, luckily after the girls had left.

Noticed next door's tenants back again today.  They were laughing and joking as if they haven't a care in the world.  Then the estate agent came with I presume another insurance person.  They weren't there very long.

Later on at the height of the storm, as I was closing windows.  I noticed lights on in the house.   Very strange as there were no cars parked outside.  After a while they went off, and the house was in complete darkness again.  Very spooky.

Sad news from New Zealand.  I dread to think what repercussions there might be.
