Flower Friday: Rhododendron

Our minature rhodie chose today for its first blossom to unfurl so it had to be the subject for today's challenge.

We've had another busy day: Tess dropped in on Chris, who has gone down with flu, with some supplies ( he was really gutted as he was meant to be going to Cheltenham for the Gold Cup but was just too rough to get out of bed; from there we went over to water the plants in our friends Tony & Rosie's greenhouse ( they're looking after their grandson in LA) then it was on to Kate's to await the arrival of her IKEA order ( she was at work; when it arrived we spent the rest of the afternoon putting the settee together. Kate& Sophie got back in time to help.

Just enjoying a well-earned pre-dinner G&T.
