Hilltop

We've been over in Lincoln seeing my family - we didn't have time to get up to the Cathedral area this visit but I managed to take this photo from near the Brayford Wharf area where we were staying.

Lincoln Cathedral is always really impressive to see, towering over the city centre from the top of the hill.

Enjoyed our trip over, always good to catch up with family and friends who I don't see often enough. I had to organise an itinerary though as I needed to see parents, aunty, both brothers, my 2 nephews and a niece, best friend & her daughter who is my goddaughter plus two stepdaughters and their families. Must try and get over a bit more often in 2013.
