How times change

How times have changed. I've been working in peace building since 1975. We have a peace here of sorts. When I started the "troubles" were in full flow in the place I call home. 
One of the spokesmen for the Republican movement was Gerry Adams. He was the voice of Sinn Féin for many years. A bogey man. Tonight, he was beside me at the book launch of a friend. Looking like an ordinary pensioner. I spoke to him.
