The Chess Game

An unusual sight in Wanaka. The Council is conducting a four day experiment with road closures - mainly along the lakeside road in town - so pedestrians can enjoy that space. Various things have sprung up where the traffic used to be, including this outdoor chess set. Elsewhere the traffic is a bit chaotic - we’ll see.
