Another day, another dollar.....

Another day of running around. A trip into Edinburgh early doors then back home in time to head off to St Boswell’s with a load of store cattle . A minor detour as there was a bad smash which closed the A68, but got there eventually.
Was hardly worth the effort though as the trade was even worse than last week. They only averaged 188p per kilo, a month ago they averaged 214p. On a 500K beast that is a fair drop in value and not a thing I can do about it.
Home via my mechanic pal’s for coffee to take my mind off things for half an hour.
Rain again tonight, perfect weather for wee lambs- not !
