Mmmm...

...turns out the only photo I have today is a selfie. I was enjoying the warmth of the sun on my face as it came through the window of my wee room this morning.

Face still a bit ruddy from my earlier run...this was about 30 minutes after I was back, post a wee yoga sequence and some meditation! The running has been tough this last fortnight...not really enjoying it...glad when it is done.

Anyway...only photo probably because I’ve had a busy day at the laptop. Lost in logistics today but in a happier place this evening with all that than I was this morning when I took this selfie.

Grateful for a focussed day.
