Thought I'd photograph it while it's all sparkling and new, although Claire can only wear it at the weekends/evenings so it will probably stay this way for a bit. She is not permitted to wear jewellery in her secure office ironically in a huge jewellery company.

All the tests came back clear from the scan and bloods she had last Thursday.
