A very satisfying day at work at long last - there is light glimmering in that there tunnel.

Parents Evening for Smallest - excellent news all around except handwriting. By the end of yr5, handwriting should be legible. It’s a work in progress.

Brownies involved an activity chosen last week by 4 of the Brownies - a taste test between budget, mid range and luxury foods. Really interesting and the Brownies did correctly guess all except 2 orange juices (Asda smart price bring preferred over Asda big standard).

Taxi run central for the rest of the evening - I drop 2 other Guides home when I collect Princess who love at opposite ends of town and no where near us. Then on to Truro to put Eldest on the Riviera Sleeper to London as she heads to Newcastle for her next Offer Day. My brave little chick doing her independent traveller thing once again.
