Weather - or not

Storm Gareth turned out to be a bit of a wimp, at least round our way. My waterproof trousers didn't even come out of my bag. But here is Oxford University doing its best to add to the promised cloud cover, spotted as I came out of a steering group meeting of the utterly splendid Multaka project.
