Tuesday

Still awake at 3am , recovering from a panic attack. Woke at 9. Spent the morning on the sofa then needed to be somewhere quiet but not my flat. I headed to the Galleries at Ravelston. Wandered round Modern 1 then over to Modern 2, had lunch then wandered round there. 
Home and fell asleep for a few hours.
