Snow Capped Brecon Beacons

It's been bitterly cold today, so we took a trip to Penarth to visit my parents who wanted us to collect a newspaper as they weren't going out! Getting home I hadn't taken any photograph so headed up my local mountain to catch the sun going down.

In the distance, on top of Machen Mountain, I could see the Brecon Beacons were covered in snow so attached my zoom lens.

The resulting photo shows Corn Du, Pen Y Fan and Cribyn peaks (in that order L to R) covered in snow. It was 3C and starting to sleet as I drove back home.
