Far far better than finding Wally - fans of the Lake District should be able to pinpoint where we were today. 

In other news, painful progress in the yoga class, I can now do extended warrior on my 'not good' ankle (I use a different phrase internally) and I may now not be the worst in class. I know, I know, its not competitive. But it is. 

Then some tedious Admin and now a hot bath and blip as a reward as the storm hits outside, sounds rather more fierce than a Gareth should....
