View from the exercise bike

This is the view from my exercise bike. I have it set up just inside the sitting room door so that I can watch television while I 'ride'. Today I caught last Sunday's edition of the Antiques Roadshow.on the iPlayer. I must say that I liked the look of that pendant :-)

Apart from exercise, I have scared myself silly scheduled all the work that I need to get done by the end of the month, then worked on a journal article.

(It's exactly a year since my operation.)

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike, sit-ups, weights and stretches.
