Customer Service Awards

It's somehow a surprise that many more companies don't fly this flag to show their customers exactly how little much they care.  You know, "on a scale of 1 to a million, where a million is really a lot, this is how much we care about you."

It is, of course, a flag showing "der Stinkefinger" - it's not being shown at the normal angle but I'm sure you've got the drift.

What has prompted yet another excursion into the wilderness of German Customer Service?  It must be a full moon or perhaps my Aries is showing.  Or maybe my bio-rhythms are off. 

There's a saying in my line of work - "It's not a bug, it's a feature."  Customer Service here is loaded with Features.  No actual Customer Service, but loads of Features.
