Walking for Health

Today's walk was about 6 miles.A dry day but absolutely freezing.Luckily I was muffled up.Hard to believe that two weeks ago we were sweltering walking along the beach.
We walked through Holywell Dene a popular place here.
I remember about 70 years ago crawling along the fallen tree (if it's the same one) 

I panicked half way across and couldn't move.
I am guessing my brother yelled at me not to be such a baby ;( 
Yesterday commenting on my Blip JohnRH said we're bred tough up here.
I've got scars to prove it so he could be right ;):);)
