On a wee road trip...

...today to select this wee lad. He’s still only four weeks so another 4 weeks before we bring him home.

Down to Blackburn today to select him from his four brothers. There are four sisters too but we wanted another boy.

In the end he kinda selected us as they were all beautiful and it was a difficult decision.

When we first went in he came up to the Fangler and plunked himself down in front of him. Shortly after I snapped this pic he came across to me and lay down with his wee head and lug in my knee. This was classic Canna the Weimaraner pose and that was it. The decision was made.

The road trip was to Blackburn, Lancashire. We saw a few weeks ago that there was a litter in Blackburn and we took it as a sign. Canna came from a litter in Blackburn.

So we were not just three hours down the road and three hours back we took a wee detour into Blackpool to eat our sandwiches and a walk along the front to stretch our legs. It was bright but blustery.

Just MrR, the Fang and I...the usual suspects. Es working and teenage boys too lazy to move! They are all looking forward to him coming home but left the decision to us! Suppose that is kinda fair though the other three helped pick Canna. The wee fella, not being born yet, wasn’t in on that decision...lol.

Grateful to be bringing this wee bundle home soon.
