I did backbends today! Well after I went on A 1.65 MI RUN. YEP. YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY.
Over the summer into the beginning of fall I was running every single day. After I was robbed while going to work I just stopped. I don't know the reason really, but that day was the turning point for my running. I've been really stressed and unhealthy lately, so I picked up yoga (as you know from my past blips). Today though I just had all the motivation in the world to get up and run and then did a full back bend practice afterwards. It felt amazing and culminated with my doing a full wheel. I was preparing to do a modified wheel pose (my arms bent, not fully extended) and I just pushed into the full wheel. I got an insane endorphin kick from it too. Couldn't stop smiling or giggling.

Nothing could top this feeling.
