Sunrise Gridlock

First off, the answer is yes. The reason I felt safe taking a photo next to the police officer is that we (and all the cars around us) were completely stopped. In retrospect, we may have only been stopped for a minute or so, as we got going again almost immediately. I think Someone wanted me to blip this... so I did.
